Northaven, Inc. has supported numerous residents in its 28 years of existence and has always been committed to seeing that those men and women are comfortable and content in their retirement. Nothing exhibits Northaven's concern for the individual more than the way Northaven keeps its expenses at a minimum.
Unfortunately the economy is not necessarily cooperative, and many residents end up finding themselves in a very restricted and depressed financial situation. It was to ease this very occurrence that Northaven Foundation was established.
As a dedicated charity with the mission of managing the Northaven Foundation Planned Giving Program, the foundation board distributes funds to assist those residents living at Northaven Retirement Apartments and Northaven II, Assisted Living, whose incomes are so restricted or whose assets are totally depleted they are no longer able to pay for the services or care needed and provided.
