Residents pay no more than 30% of their monthly adjusted income up to the current market rent. Residents also are required to participate in the dinner plan for $110 a month. This plans provides an evening meal Monday-Friday.

The Northaven community is made up of 198 independent living apartments designed with comfort, convenience, and privacy in mind. Special features include complete kitchen facilities and wall-to-wall carpeting. Apartments are unfurnished, allowing residents to decorate to their own style. An importance is placed on keeping all facilities modern and up-to-date to ensure the safety and comfort of the individual.
Designed for either singles or couples, residents may select from two basic floor plans according to their need and income.
